Who cares if it's in the Alley: hit a party where former Apprentice and Baywatch Hawaii (!!) hot chick Brande Roderick will be rounding up "fair-haired beauties from all over the region" to enjoy discounted Three Olives Vodka drinks with you, and where they'll be giving away a free breast augmentation by a Harvard-trained plastic surgeon...so go get 'em!
He's also board-certified! You need to be at this party for several disparate reasons. Figure them out at TheBlondeBombshellParty.com384 Boylston St, at Berkeley; Boston; 617.859.8555
Aiming to upgrade beyond "the only place on Boylston with a roofdeck", RS brought in Chef Brian Poe to revamp its menu with Wednesday wine dinners and spicy Southwest specialties like a traditional Mexican stove-style soup w/ avocado, smoked chicken & a grilled cornbread crouton; BBQ salmon chimichanga slathered w/ a smoked Georgia peach glaze; and a black bean, asparagus, and grilled chicken burrito served w/ a roasted tomato & chorizo paella and dripped with a chile sauce that includes tobacco -- even if you have to go outside to eat it, it's a great way to meet people!
Seriously, their menu is a billion times better. Mentally taste the difference at RattlesnakeBar.com7-9pm, Thursday; 1700 Beacon Street, at Williston; Washington Square; 617.487.4289
Vermont’s Otter Creek Brewery is sending both a new brewmaster and their freshly created Imperial Series IPA to RCB’s draught launch event, which'll also include samples of the Ben Gleason's Organic White Ale, and Russian Imperial Stout -- hey, you'd be stout too, if you had 50 men whose only job was to make you borscht.
Get at all the newly launched Imperials at OtterCreekBrewing.comAfter 44 years in the morgue, Boston-based PF reincarnated the classic Windjammer canvas deck shoe in a variety of summer colors (yellow, orange, lime, etc) replete with retro canvas upper, rubber non-skid sole, and leather trim, which sounds weird, but hey, she's 44.

Head to the Harvard Square Hotel drinkery for their recently unveiled happy hour apps menu, offering flatbreads (prosciutto & pineapple, chicken & portobello), sandwiches (grilled chicken BLT w/ chipotle mayo, smoked salmon w/ red onion relish, etc), and desserts like chocolate covered pretzels for anywhere between a buck and a five-spot, although the toasted mixed bar nuts are free, but you'll have to put up with their stories about working in a dice factory.
Deals only good when you buy a drink, but you were going to do that anyway. Check out your options at Noir-Bar.com
