Get all classy-like with this six-course meal that pairs the appropriately aged single malt with dishes like a cranberry/apple chutney-topped smoked duck breast served w/ curly endive (Glenlivet 15); cabbage-cream covered and wood grilled Scottish salmon w/ a smoked haddock pearl barley hash (Glenlivet 18); and to go with an extremely limited Glenlivet XXV, a porcini white truffle-rubbed beef strip loin on foraged mushrooms in an herbal essence, which will cause a "totally organic experience".
