Bond Restaurant Opens (now closed) Bond Restaurant as edgy as Bond himself

Just opened in The Langham, Bond is an old-school mess of opulence with high ceilings, financial bonds on the wall, and an eery resemblance to the chandelier'd-out steez of the dining room on the Titanic. Foodwise, they're offering gourmet sandwiches at lunch, and tapas-like "global cuisine" for dinner: pancetta and spicy clam pizza, lamb kafta meatballs, even cheesecake lollipops with dippable Pop Rocks -- order a Coke with it, since you only live twice.
