Opening Monday, this new Asian fusion/sushi joint located in the former Jae's Cafe is dishing out traditional entrees like grilled Korean short ribs w/ udon and yu choi, sweet plum-sauced crispy duck, and wok-seared sirloin covered in a spinach peppercorn sauce, alongside specialty sushi like the Summer (spicy salmon, avocado, mango) and the tuna, shrimp tempura, and cucumber Spicy Red Dragon, also the name of Puff's sexy Soviet rival, who tried to turn him against capitalism by promising he'd never again have to buy strings and sealing wax and other fancy stuff.
