Just opened this week, SC is a South End jazz and blues bar featuring an exposed brick, rounded wood bar, red velvet booth'd interior and a menu of eclectic southern-slanting comfort offerings like blackened catfish sliders, mac 'n cheese with ham and broccoli rabe, and spice cured country ribs in a BBQ sauce infused with prickly pears, who're just pissed about how high cut pencil skirts accentuate their abnormally wide hips.
