Taste of Iceland Festival

Celebrate the best in food, music, and film from an island that's not actually made of ice at this weeklong festival that includes a nightly tasting menu from "one of Iceland's premier chefs" featuring salmon w/ basil purée and fruit salsa; salted cod served w/ asparagus, artichoke purée, and pickled pearl onion; and langoustine and cauliflower w/ quail egg and shellfish asparagus foam -- responsible for keeping Icelander's faces smooth, and their urine gross.
