Food's American-style small plates (molasses-glazed drummettes, lamb burger w/goat cheese, etc), while the 32-strong cocktail list is org'd into nine categories, from sours & daisies (tequila daisy, NY sour), to bucks & mules (grandma's buck, el diablo), to highballs & cobblers -- the latter an old-timey wine/liquor/citrus combo that first popularized the drinking straw ("Who taught you how to drink through a straw?"
