Coinciding with today's launch of their 4-course resto week menu (grilled Hokkaido scallop, tempura shrimp/seawater eel, simmered pork belly...), Zen's upping the uber-traditional ante by offering Thrillist readers an off-menu sashimi course of a Japanese delicacy known as "cod milt" -- aka sperm. If you're particularly hesitant, they'll actually have the cod come out and tell you "You'd swallow it if you loved me".
