OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. You may enter the CANADIAN CLUB MO DOUGH Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Jim Beam Brands Co. and Thrillist (“Sponsors”) on-line entry by uploading a moustache-related photo of yourself.

To enter on-line: Beginning 4:00:01 a.m.Eastern Time (“ET”) on October, 21, 2009, access www.thrillist.com/ccsweepstakes and follow the on-screen instructions to submit an entry. By entering, you represent that you have read the Web site policies and the Terms of Use of www.thrillist.com and the Official Rules for the Sweepstakes and that you agree to be bound by all of them, as applicable. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Pictures must be sent in .jpg, .gif, .png, .psd, or .pdf illustrator format. Files larger than sixty (“60”) kilobytes will not be accepted. All on-line entries must be transmitted and received by 11:59:59 p.m.ET on November 30, 2009. The computer clock of Thrillist’s webmaster is the official timekeeping device of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsors are not responsible for: (i) electronic or digital transmissions or any entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, or misdirected; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants’ or any person’s computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes; (iv) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules; (v) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, (vi) any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of prizes/prize winners/finalists; or (vii) malfunctions or interference resulting from illicit, malicious or injurious code (including but not limited to viruses, worms and denial of service attacks).

Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the on-line portions of this Sweepstakes should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors corrupt the security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, and to award the prize from among all eligible on-line entries received prior to the time such action was taken. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her Sweepstakes entries) if such individual tampers with the entry process, or in any way attempts to undermine the integrity and/or proper play of the Sweepstakes.

2. Enter as often as you like, but each entry must be submitted separately. Any entry submitted using an automatic entry device or program will be disqualified.

3. Valid entries received by the dates and times set forth in Rule 1 will be eligible for the drawing on December 1, 2009 (see Rule 4, below, for drawing details). Proof of registering does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by Sponsors. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and agree to waive all rights and remedies at law or in equity for any claim they may have relating to this promotion. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. Submission of an entry grants Sponsors and their agents the right to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify such entry, or entrant’s name, hometown, voice, likeness, photograph, image and any statements regarding this Sweepstakes in any way, for use on www.thrillist.com/ccsweepstakesand other websites related to the Sweepstakes without consideration to the entrant.

By submitting an entry, entrants warrant that it is his/her wholly original creation, it has not won previous awards, has not been published previously, and does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other proprietary right of any third party, union or guild. Entrants further warrant that they have received consent from anyone other than entrant who appears within the submitted photo for their inclusion in the submission, and may be required to provide proof of such consent. Entries must be suitable for publication (i.e., not obscene or indecent in the opinion of the Sponsors). Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any submission that they determine (in their sole and absolute discretion) to contain any content that depicts consumption of alcoholic beverages, depicts anyone who is or appears to be under the age of twenty-one (21), is obscene, defamatory, dangerous, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise inappropriate or unsuitable for publication to general audiences over the age of twenty-one (21), encourages excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption, links alcohol to any activities that would be dangerous while consuming alcohol, including operating machinery, sailing, skiing, etc., depicts children or images that primarily appeal to those under the legal purchase age, or that contains any third party trademarks (other than those of Canadian Club should entrant choose to include Canadian Club product(s) in the submission) or copyright protected material. All entrants must use caution and common sense in creating their entries.

Beginning 4:00:01 a.m. ET on October 21, 2009, selected entries may be posted on the “Editor’s Picks” section of www.thrillist.com/ccsweepstakes. Such postings may be on a rotating or occasional basis and may be discontinued at any time at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Posting of an entry on the “Editor’s Picks” section is not meant to indicate that the entry is a winner, provisional winner or Finalist in the Sweepstakes, or that it is otherwise favored in any way. Postings will occur solely for promotional purposes .

4. Winner will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted on or about December 1, 2009 by Thrillist, whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone, mail or e-mail on or about December 7, 2009. Prize winner may also be posted on the winner’s page of the Sweepstakes site www.thrillist.com/ccsweepstakes and may be announced by news release. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules.

5. Prizes: One (1) Winner will receive one thousand dollars ($1,000) and a one hundred dollar ($100) gift certificate to a spa. The approximate retail value of all available prizes is $1,100. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value of prize will not be awarded in any form. Dollar amounts are expressed in U.S. currency. Prizes are non-transferable, and no prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed except by Sponsors in their sole discretion, or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsors may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. All income taxes on prizes are the winner’s sole responsibility. All prizes will be awarded according to these rules and distributed no later than December 17, 2009 provided they are claimed in accordance with these Rules.

6. Winner must provide positive identification specified by Sponsors to claim a prize. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release without additional compensation (where permitted by law) within ten ( 10) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize and/or participation in prize constitutes winner’s agreement to hold harmless Sponsors their parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, employees and agents of each of them (individually and collectively for the purposes of this Paragraph 6, “Sweepstakes Parties”) from and against any injuries, losses or damages arising in any way from or in connection with their participation in this promotion, the acceptance, possession or use of the prize, Sweepstakes Parties’ reliance upon their compliance with these rules, or their participation in prize-related activities, and further constitutes winner’s agreement that the Sweepstakes Parties may use his/her name, voice, likeness and/or biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media worldwide without limitation or additional compensation.

7. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., excluding California, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees, directors, officers and agents of Sponsors, their parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, industry wholesalers, distributors, licensed retailers, their advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families or households of any of the above. This Sweepstakes shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law, and submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of the laws of the United States. This Sweepstakes is void in California, outside the United States and where prohibited by law.

8. Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Sponsors reserve the right to take such action as they deem necessary to enforce these Official Rules and ensure the fair operation of this Sweepstakes, including without limitation barring entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate federal, state and local courts located in Illinois for any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.

9.
