Chi's Bavarian-est restaurant's running its no-cover Okt'fest straight through late October, with heaping portions of various -wursts, bounteous German beer, nightly performances from the Oktoberfest Band (featuring Wolfgang at the keyboards!), and yodeling contests for prizes, which given the amount of yodeling, should be earplugs.
