Opening tonight, this modern bistro illuminates its creme/brown/black hues with oversized drum lighting mixed with single Edison-style bulbs, casting light on smaller options like chilled lobster gazpacho with cilantro pesto, and steamed P.E.I. mussels with white wine/pancetta, as well as heavier hitters like a double-cut pork chop with mustard greens/poached Lady apples, and a bone-in ribeye with Bordelaise that checks in at 32oz, like a 7-11 fountain drink of juicy beef.
