Mens' salon standout Halo (and custom tailor partner Nicholas Joseph) is feting the opening of its new South and West Loop locations by dishing out gratis cocktails, discounts for both retailers, and grub from The Chicago Firehouse, where they are primarily known for preventing stuff from burning.
