With a longtime Rock Bottom vet heading up the beer operations, Haymarket's rows of tanks'll be churning out growler upon growler of craft goodness, helping to fuel their 48 taps, which they're accompanying with beer-friendly noshes like house-made brats and rotisserie chicken. There'll also be boozy comedy from the Drinking and Writing Theater, devoted to preserving the "spirit and devotion of the hard drinking writer", so...they'll show you how to walk this Hemingway?
