Just opened by the Urban Belly folks, BS is an Asian-Latin influenced BYOB with industrial-feeling black and white graffiti'd murals adorning gray walls, serving grub like lemongrass chicken sammies, hot and sour soup flavored with hominy and cilantro, and soft serve with unique custom toppers like bacon chocolate chip cookies, and Vietnamese cinnamon caramel with heirloom apples -- passed down from generation to generation until they got all soft and gross.
