Just opened by the team behind Rise and Shine Morida, ST is a 65-seat sushi lair decked with unfinished barn wood and natural stone walls where they're serving creative selections like the super white tuna/avocado/raspberry Kinomi Roll, as well as entrees like spicy lobster that's stir-fried with jalapeno & ginger and finished with a yuzu-chili sauce, and broiled miso cod served on a bed of edamame, bok choy, and okra (look under your seat, because it's giving you a free car!!).
