Taking unused but well-located Loop storefronts and transforming them into temporary art gallery space, PUAL's currently got sick, buyable pics from the Chicago Photography Collective (a cadre of 24 pro Chi photogs pooling their collective skillz), as well as short films and mind-blowing clips from the Chicago Underground Film Festival, which would probably be even more mind-blowing if they shot above ground, or sprung for the camera with the light.
