Risque Cafe Beer and Bourbon Dinner

The first in a monthly series, all four B&B courses incorporate Kentucky's finest, and're paired with a different Sierra Nevada brew. On the menu: Booker's meatloaf sliders w/ bourbon BBQ sauce (Imperial Smoked Porter), warm frisee salad w/ bacon/Baker's/maple/pecan dressing (ESB), pan-seared bone-in pork chop w/ Knob Creek pork reduction (Pale Ale), and cherry Basil Hayden crème brulee with Bigfoot Barleywine, which removes all inhibitions about messin' with Sasquatch.
