Enjoy a margarita with their signature Oaxacan moles, like the Borrego en Mole Negro, a wood grilled rack of lamb in a black mole with garlic mashed potatoes, and the Chuleta en Mole Manchamanteles, a pork chop sidekicked with plantains, mashed sweet potatoes, chorizo, and grilled pineapple, and covered in a "sweet" mole that loves cuddling and Kit Kittredge movies.
