The Farmerie 58 couple's flagship, Shine (formerly Shine Morida) is moving to bigger, 80-seat digs decked out with ivory and caramel marbled walls and a nice-size outdoor patio. They're keeping 85% of their Chinese + sushi menu, but upping the beef quotient with the likes of "Yaki Niku Kabi" (steak w/ Asian green peppers) and "Hong Kong Steak" -- a ribeye served in a "rustic oyster sauce", presumably to capture the down-home flavor of Hong Kong's 7500 skyscrapers.
