The finale of this traveling tour de pork features five 75 lb heritage breed piggies, grilled/spiced/cured/pickled/etc by five top Bay chefs (from A16, Boulevard, Poggio...). Entry not only gets you all you can grub, but all you can drink from the 400+ bottles of vino supplied by five local winemakers (e.g., Krupp Bros, Hirsch, Arcadian) -- shoring you up with confidence regarding your swine fluency.
