With its paned-glass storefront facade, concrete floor & lofted industrial ceiling, Ginger's new outpost is the aesthetic antithesis of the original, but still brings the hops with an opening menu of 67 drafts (Chimay White, Barbar Winter Bok, Leffe Blonde...) and 70 bottles (Schneider Aventinus, Oskar Blues Gordon...), plus two Texas-brewed seasonal casks: Real Ale Coffee Porter and the award-winning St. Arnold's Christmas -- where are your milk & cookies now, St. Nick?
