Monday marks the opening of a Farnatchi/Medina partner's new Uptown burger bistro, named for its ever-evolving selection of "fancy" ketchups (green tomato, chipotle, Moroccan...), all designed for dolloping on locally sourced organic beef, or, if beef is your sacred cow, bun-wiches packing lamb, turkey, wasabi-abetted ahi, or a veggie patty made from chopped mushrooms, pecans, and bread crumbs -- also a collection of Bread b-sides you should totally buy.
