Tex Mex on G'ville

After running Avila's for most of the oughts, son Ricardo very publicly broke from his co-founder parents to open this hyper-colorful, bead string-shaded, folk/local artist-decorated indoor-outdoor joint smack on Lower Greenville's clubbin' strip. The traditional Tex-Mex menu's augmented by next-level gems like pan-fried tacos, chile-sauced braised pork loin, and a sauteed tomato-onion-jalapeno-topped rib eye; when the booze license comes through, there'll be Latin American taps and bottles, several on-the-rocks margs, and tequila martinis called "vampiros", which ironically will rob you of the poise and grace that led some to compare you to a young Kirsten Dunst.
