The Biltmore's sushi spot's just dropped a new menu, ditching rolls and nigiri for a wide range of Asian tapas: options are mostly inexpensive ($6-14), and include seafoody-centric choices like robata-grilled willow leaf fish; garlic & pepper-seared tuna w/ plantain chips and mango/pineapple salsa; and lollipop shrimp skewered on sugar cane and served w/ a dipping sauce made from sweet chilis, your annual reaction to your birthday "surprise" dinner.
