A big part of the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay's $31mil renovation, Catch's a marina-front "nautical chic" resto plating apps like conch fritters w/ key lime aioli, plus entrees like Churrasco Steak w/ chimi & yucca fries, and the Fresh Catch: char grilled, blackened, or pan-seared fish, which might be black grouper, mahi, red snapper, or Loch Duart Salmon, which's sustainably farmed thanks to populations of fish that're much less dense -- so you'd think they'd figure out how to escape, right?
