Prolific San Francisco-based blogger the Beer Wench captured our hearts by seeming to subsist solely on beer, chicken wings, and college sports while remaining a not-dude. Now, the bar star has released her own specialty brew on the world: Saison de Wench.

The specialty brew is the result of years of the Wench nagging the folks at Bison Organic Brewing, where she manages marketing under the (probably assumed) name of Ashley. After demanding a birthday beer, the head brewer dusted off a 2006, Great American Beer Fest gold-medal recipe and modified it to the Wench's demands, which combine roses and hibiscus (sadly, no chicken wings) into a gin-inspired beer.

The limited-edition Saison de Wench is currently available in 11 states ranging from California to Virginia, giving the nation a chance to drink with the Wench without risking her emasculating your sports knowledge.
