From a 30-something Temple biz school grad who only owns two realty offices and three cafes (imagine if he went to Penn), OCF Coffee House Fairmount transforms a historic warehouse into an all-day-brunch-serving caffeine-ery four times the size of his South St and South Philly shops, and armed with cornflake-crusted French toast and small-batch beans from Milwaukee.
