Open to the public Friday, BlackFinn's massive new DC location sports two long bars, and no shortage of brass accents, leather stools, and deep wooden booths. Booze is plentiful but basic, while the exhaustive menu runs from fried-chicken sliders, to sandwiches like the mozzarella'd "Prime Rib Balboa", to "specialty burgers" like the Boursin/peppercorn/Cajun-spiced "Bourbon Street" and the "Porkopolis": pulled pork, honey-cured ham, applewood smoked bacon, and "no room for lettuce or tomatoes" -- in other words, they got you, Babe.
Can a pulled pork sandwich really qualify as a "specialty burger"? Find out the answer at BlackFinnDC.com.
