From the EU guy, this slim bistro mix-matches Americana (malt machine near sidewalk service window, ceiling fan that looks like an Old West "contraption"), pours draft micros only (Saratoga Lager, Wolavers American Ale), and buns up seven sandwiches until 3am: falafel, turkey, and traditional burgers, plus patty melts, grilled cheese, BLTs, and a double patty/horseradish/cheddar/onions meatstrosity called the Iron Horse -- make a habit of it, and you'll never be able to shake your caboose.
