Rolling out a new concept in their (former) Kampuchea space, the hot-dog-bun-crazy team at B&C's worked up an off-the menu Thrillist special roll stuffed with sauteed chives, bacon, and pickled pigs feet, to go with next-level offerings like Vietnamese veal meatballs w/ cabbage & curry tomatoes, and shrimp w/ pickled celery root. Even regular dogs get next-leveled, including one stuffed w/ jalapenos and cheddar, and optional toppings range from rum bacon & chives to seasonal relish, though with Fall coming up, you'll be hearing an irritating amount of that anyways.
