From the minds behind Philly's Pub & Kitchen, TDH's a new Shore BYO serving starters like the Peeky Toe Crab + Avocado (with dried esplette chili and a lime vinaigrette) and Silver Queen Corn Soup with roasted mushrooms and popcorn shoots, plus big-boy plates like Barnegat Scallops served with a lemon pearl pasta, wilted arugula, and shellfish broth, and a fish dish served with mushroom conserva, wild rice, and a pea and herb sauce called the New Jersey Fluke, an obvious homage to that one year Kerry Kittles was good.
