Dogmatic Sausage Company

From a former Employees Only chef, this street cart turned full-fledged eat-in/take-out bistro tin-plates up a wide range of hormone-free organic sausages (beef, chicken, lamb, turkey, and pork), each skewer-grilled and served inside hollowed out baguettes, to be slathered w/ traditional condiments or toppings like cheddar jalapeño, yogurt mint, or truffle gruyere. Just like Sabrett's, except it's truffled. And gruyere.
