The latest project from the brain trust behind Wayfare Tavern, R&W will focus on, yep, both Napa's signature grape product and the chicken twirlers, two of which were custom-made as centerpieces for the 93 seat resto (with 60 more seats, many made of reclaimed wine barrels, on the patio), and will feature regularly changing vittles like Sonoma duck confit over cracklin' waffles, Yountville collard greens braised in hot pepper vinegar and ham hock, porchetta with wild fennel sausage and crushed root veggies, and goat ribs, lovingly donated by the family of Bill Buckner after he -- wait, that dude's still alive? Oh, well just regular ones then.
