Hapa Ramen

After blessing SF with some pop-up love, Hapa's anchoring at a Ferry Building storefront, from whence they'll serve steaming bowls of handmade noodles with seaweed, soft-boiled eggs, peas n' greens, braised pork, crispy fried chicken, etc., in flavor-rich broth, not to be confused with Flava-rich broth, which only tastes good if you're that Brigitte Nielsen dude.
