Oddly the only Cambodian restaurant in Manhattan, this laid-back LES spot features specialties like shrimp crepes, sweet basil oxtail stew, pork meatball sandwiches, and Monkfish Skewers, plus a full bar and 75 wines. Or maybe there have been Cambodian restaurants, and Kissinger just insisted they were Vietnamese?
