Notting Hill gets a meaty popup

If you're eating all your meals from between two buns, you're either a) doing the naked sushi thing all wrong, or b) the patty-obsessed dude behind BOOM, who travelled the world eating almost nothing but cow-pucks, and's now bringing you his vision of the perfect beefwich in his Weds-to-Sat Notting Hill popup for the foreseeable future. They've set up shop in the Earl of Portobello, whose huge windows & leather sofas play host to their burger-filled menu, centered around the classic BOOM Burger, which has its beef & cheese slathered in bacon jam. Eat it and you'll no longer be a hollow man. The meat fest continues w/ this Jamaican number, whose shredded jerk chicken is covered in mango sauce & sided with plantain fries, as well as the Veggie (roasted sweet potatoes & chile jam), and the Brunch, loaded w/ fried egg, bacon, avocado, and yet more bacon jam, making it highly likely to leave your two buns significantly larger.
