Palms' newest gastropub's an indoors/outdoors dillie where they've turned a garage-type space into a flatscreen-heavy sports bar, and added a common-table-laden beer garden. Food's all upscale-classic, including a Philly cheesesteak w/ poblanos and horseradish mustard, plus short rib and habanero jack cheesed "Loaded Chips", or the name of the sequel Nick Nolte keeps pitching Paramount wherein he bends the rules to field a college basketball team of 5-star recruits with somewhat serious drinking problems.
