From a former Rustic Canyon chef, the Porchetta Truck offers just one recipe off the menu of the toque's forthcoming restaurant: a super-tender, hint-of-citrus pulled pork sandwich on a grilled bun, optionally (ha!) topped with an egg fried in duck fat.
