Dogfish Head releases beer brats to pair with their brews

While your favorite bar's stale mozzarella sticks do complement your Dogfish Head nicely, the brewery has other ideas about what you should be eating with their beer. In an effort to truly conquer your fridge, Dogfish Head just rolled out a line of brats (plus a soup and a "hop-pickle") to match up with their ale options. The Dogfish Head brats come in four varieties: spicy espresso, Greek feta, heirloom tomato, and plain old bratwurst. Each one comes with a recommended beer pairing, too -- the Chicory Stout goes with espresso, Midas Touch with Greek feta and heirloom tomato, and Raison D’Etre with bratwurst. Fancy! But that's not all. Dogfish Head has also created a "Hard-Tack Chowder" infused with the 60 Minute IPA and the "Hop-Pickle", which is also made with the IPA, as well as caramelized onions and Cascade hops. All these delectable foodstuffs will be available at select stores in New York City and northern Virginia, and the new Dogfish foodtruck Bunyan's Lunchbox in Milton, Delaware. Except for that Hop-Pickle, which is going all over 'Merica.
