Turn your Thanksgiving leftovers into a crispy turkey skin burrito

If you're anything like all of America right now, you're perusing the Internet looking for ways to use up the Thanksgiving leftovers that Uncle David didn't take with him. Fortunately, there are a ton of good options out there, provided he didn't even takethe green bean casserole, JEEZ. But none of them are as singularly intriguing as redditor Tetelestia's turkey skin burrito. Wow.

This American innovator removed the skin from his turkey before carving, and used it to wrap up mashed potatoes, stuffing, dark meat, cranberry sauce, and gravy. And while there's something a little weird about a burrito made with turkey skin, we can pretty much count on it being completely delicious. Provided Uncle David doesn't get to it first.
