Serving up nuevo Latino (Nue-La!) grub including a smorgasbord of ceviches, smoked brisket arepas, suckling pig Cuban sammies, quail with creamy quinoa/foie/peach, and Alaskan king crab w/ potato puree & trout roe, Nuela's brightened up the old Sapa space with red painted walls, curving banquettes covered in orange vinyl, and orange fabric that cascades down from the ceiling in a crisscross pattern, suggesting whoever hung them up had to jump, jump!
