Opening Friday across from AT&T Park, Pedro's Cantina is a brick and timber behemoth seating 478 on two levels, with 22 high-def, 50-inch plasmas and a 360-degree full bar that'll serve Pedro's signature marg (a Sauza Silver concoction that adds a dash of simple syrup infused with fresh jalapeno) while grub'll include street-style taqueria fare, a fork n' knife super burrito, and seven choices of fine-dining meat. Oh, and this marks the third King St. property for Pete "Pedro" Osborne (MoMo's, Pete's Tavern), giving him the opportunity to build little green plastic houses with his next turn.
