21 of Philly's top chefs and even some Top Chefs take over the Kimmel Center tonight, hosting a 2hr+ walkaround tasting where they'll personally dish out all-you-can-eat small plates (Sbraga's Australian beef meatloaf, Wursthaus Shmitz sausages) you can wash down with gratis wine from Zahav and craft 'tails from the Franklin Mortgage crew.
