Cocina Verde started out as a humble farm stand feeding kale-worshipping Sur La Table disciples at local markets before setting off for the big city with the opening of its Pearl District digs, where it still specializes in taking hyper-local, farm-fresh veggies and meats and transforming them into authentic Mexican wonders.
