What to eat at every Tidbit Food Farm and Garden cart

Portland's got a shton of sweet food cart pods, but none of them are quite like the new Tidbit Food Farm and Garden. None of them made our list of PDX's best new restaurants of 2014. None of them boast a bus filled with clothing or a cute little airstream chock-full of beauty supplies instead of, like, food. And none of 'em have so many sweet mobile eateries that it's hard to know what to order. To help you with the latter, we've the best thing to eat at every Tidbit food cart...

Drew Tyson

What you're getting: The Omori bowl, because it’s twice the size of their regular ramen.

What you're getting: They’re putting out a solid pad thai, but we say be a bit different and get pad kee mao, also known as drunken noodles.

What you're getting: Sausage Maple Waffle Sandwich, a pork sandwich smothered in maple butter.

Love Belizean

What you're getting: About the only thing you can order, stewed chicken with rice and beans.

What you're getting: A classic "loaded" potato with applewood-smoked bacon, cheddar and jack cheese, sour cream, and fresh chives.

Stacy's 65

What you're getting: The "Batman or Girl" breakfast sandwich (if you’re there early) because it's both badass and gender neutral, or grab the chili of the day.

What you're getting: Score this Filipino food mainstay's signature Shanghai Lumpia w/ ground pork, carrots & onions.

What you're getting: We don’t normally suggest eating vegan burgers, but you can’t go wrong with the American Graffiti, a black bean and sweet potato patty with regular fixings. Seriously.

What you're getting: Takoyaki, a piece of fried dough stuffed with... waitforit!... octopus.

What you're getting: Go for the classic margherita, a pie so good it’s being gushed about nationally.

What you're getting: The best kind of salad you can possibly imagine: a meat-tastic burger salad!

Dog Town

What you're getting: The Rocky Balboa, a hot dog that's also Philly cheesesteak, and probably explains how Paulie got so fat.

What you're getting: Beer, obviously. But we suggest Great Divide's Old Ruffian Barleywine, which boasts 10.2% ABV, or the almost equally strong Gigantic Ginormous Imperial IPA, which come in at 8.8%

Garden Monsters

What you're getting: The Colossal Cobb, a salad brimming with ham, turkey, AND bacon.

What you're getting: Choose a burrito with your favorite protein -- ranging from carne asada, carnitas, chorizo, spicy tinga, and more.

NAMU Foodcart

What you're getting: The Gogi breakfast with Kalua pork, rice and eggs. Top it with one of their signature sauces.

Aybla Grill

What you're getting: Portland's quintessential Greek eats cart makes one of Stumptown's best gyros. Pro tip: get the roasted lamb.

What you're getting: Smoked sausage wrapped in lefse with Norwegian coleslaw.

Tandoor Indian Kitchen

What you're getting: The $6 special -- any two proteins plus rice and naan.
