Southern Hospitality Dinner

Supper's bringing in Louisville, KY chef Edward Lee to fix up a hog-heavy prix fixe served "family style" (translation: you can have seconds!), offering pig's feet & wasabi griddle cakes, a crispy pork shoulder prepped with bourbon and grain mustard, and a Kentucky Fried skate wing with pickles and hot sauce, plus sides like corn grits w/ bacon, collards, and a cantaloupe soup/buttermilk mix which is either a frozen dessert or a tribute to Us3/Sir Mix-A-Lot obscurities.
