The Baby Bathhouse
Launching Friday, the smaller cousin of the Bishopsgate original still maintains the "more is more" mantra, with a decadently Victorian two-floor layout outfitted with church pews, Gothic relics, and Tiffany lamps, plus a DJ booth housed in a birdcage and a stage for burlesque performers, showgirls, and live music. Revelers can suck down classic 'tails, as well as vodka-based signatures like the Cava/Chambord "La Piscine" (served in a mini bathtub), the balsamic vinegar/strawberries "Dorian Gray", and the Grand Marnier-addled "Darwin's Discovery" -- odd, as the more you drink, the more you turn into an ape.
