The people behind lauded craft-fair Unique LA are fairly certain you a) probably don't know movie history and b) should be able to drink while you learn it, so they've put together an on-going, cash bar-equipped screening series of classic movies about/shot in LA, starting this week with Chinatown, which's followed by Clueless, the slightly more obscure Friends With Money, and Kiss Me Deadly, which's probably just two hours of that looped hot-tubbing scene from Species.
