Design Porn: A mesmerizing 3-minute tour of Europe's coolest architecture at night

Don't have the time or cash to hit 36 cities in 21 countries across Europe before summer sets? Dude, get your act together! But, in case it's totally out of the question, you can at least take a lightning-fast tour of some of the best sights in a way you'd never experience in person, thanks to the new short film "NIGHTVISION.

Directed by Luke Shepard, an American studying film at the American University of Paris, the 3+ minute piece — funded via a Kickstarter campaign — captures some of the continent's most spectacular architecture at night in a stunning and unique way. Showcasing everything from the Atomium in Brussels to the Cologne Cathedral, it's comprised of thousands of carefully shot photos strung together and stabilized in post-production, thus creating an incredible timelapse-esque effect. And the spellbinding M83 tune used as the soundtrack doesn't hurt, either
