The boutique distillery's booking tours for the first time since it got up and running in Greenpoint this past Winter, and also just released their Beach Plum gin liqueur, which is distilled at 40 degrees below the normal temperature, and employs local fruit and organic turbinado sugar to create a "much more aromatic and pristine spirit" that's similar to sloe gin, which was apparently spelled by a guy who qualified for the same modifier.
